What is the nickname of the new Apple Macintosh operating system that will be released in July?|||Mac OS X Lion, but Lion is the nickname|||It is the Mac OSX Lion.
It will be an improved version of Snow Leopard. It will have Apps, iCloud, all of that good stuff.
In fact, there are going to be updates for iPhone, iPad, and the iTouch too. I know that the iPad and iPhone are going to get the "Drop-Down" Information bar (like Android phones and tablets have). And then there are going to be over 200 new features available from Apple, the most impressive one so far to me being "PC Free". So you can Sync, Backup, and everything you would do with your computer, only now over iCloud. It's going to be pretty cool, there are going to be a ton of new features on the iOS 5 Update. I believe it is coming out this Fall though.
